**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced full stack digital product manager to lead the development and execution of our conversational AI and live chat support capabilities. As a key member of our Computerization Development team, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to design, build, and launch innovative products that delight our customers. **Key Responsibilities**
* Lead the acquisition and integration of continuous product discovery efforts and define product requirements that drive customer experience uplift
* Influence customer data, conversational analysis, industry insights, and technical expertise to evaluate existing solutions and develop future capabilities
* Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and product managers across various value streams to deliver products that balance short-term gains with long-term investments
* Work with core product teams to define customer stories, guide product definition, and establish comprehensive acceptance criteria, identifying and addressing any need for additional research to inform future feature planning
* Lead customer testing and post-launch sustainment analysis of automation and identify opportunities to improve the experience
* Analyze performance metrics that demonstrate the health of the product and develop clear data-driven product recommendations
* Maintain and refine the product backlog, prioritizing customer stories to meet the needs of the end-user while focusing on business value
* Support the definition and development of the product strategy, roadmap, and release plan, as well as overall customer experience
**Requirements**
* Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, software engineering, or a related field
* Strong interest in understanding how things work and ability to apply that knowledge to create connections and find opportunities with an entrepreneurial mindset and bias towards action
* Passion for excellent products and services, able to empathize with customers, and skilled at articulating product functionality
* Proven self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, as evidenced by your ability to convey new and complex information with brevity and clarity
* Forward-thinking "growth mindset" with an emphasis on innovation trends and emerging industry/space best practices
**Nice to Have**
* Master's degree in business, computer science, software engineering, or a related field
* Experience working with conversational AI and live chat support technologies
* Familiarity with agile development methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
* Strong understanding of data analysis and visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
* Experience with cloud-based platforms, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure
