You will be the first point of contact for guests who are booking travel arrangements, and will be responsible for answering their questions, resolving their issues, and providing them with a seamless and effortless experience. This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer service to guests from around the world, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner * Answer guest calls, emails, and chats, providing information and assistance on a variety of topics, including property facilities, services, and room accommodations * Process reservation requests and support basic loyalty and customer care requests * Identify guest reservation needs and follow sales techniques to maximize revenue * Ensure compliance with policies and procedures for special booking rules and requests, loyalty guidelines, and case management * Provide customer support through assistance and guidance in issue resolution, and open communication with blithequark properties, related company contacts, and third parties * Follow all company policies and procedures, ensuring personal appearance is clean and professional, maintaining confidentiality of proprietary information, protecting company assets, and protecting the privacy and security of guests and coworkers **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent * No related work experience required * Supervisory experience not required * License or certification not required **Preferred Qualifications** * Previous customer service experience in a call center or similar environment * Experience working with a variety of software systems and tools * Strong communication and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines * Strong technical skills, including proficiency in software systems and tools * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we are committed to helping our associates grow and develop their skills and careers.
