**Key Responsibilities**
As a Part-Time Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner

* Utilizing strong problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues
* Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions

**Essential Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
* Exceptional customer service and problem resolution skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
* High-speed internet (internet speed test required)
* Ability to multitask and navigate through multiple windows and screens
* A quiet, distraction-free work environment
* Ability to commit to a regular schedule, including evenings and weekends
