To ensure quality care and regulatory compliance, we are seeking a detail-oriented Credentialing Specialist to join their growing team.<br></p><p><strong>About the Role</strong></p><p>The <strong>US Healthcare Executive Assistant</strong> will provide high-level administrative support to the executive leadership team. This individual will play a critical role in managing priorities, coordinating communication, and ensuring operational efficiency. The right candidate will be detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of handling sensitive information with discretion.</p><p style="min-height: 1.7em;"></p><p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p><ul><li><p>Manage executive calendars, coordinate complex meetings, and oversee travel Arrangements.</p></li><li><p>Draft and edit professional correspondence, presentations, and reports.</p></li><li><p>Serve as a liaison between executives, staff, providers, and external stakeholders.</p></li><li><p>Assist with special projects across operations, HR, compliance, and finance.</p></li><li><p>Track audit accuracy and process compliance regularly</p></li><li><p>Organize board meetings, leadership retreats, and company events; manage agendas, logistics, and documentation.</p></li><li><p>Maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive company information, including contracts and personnel records.</p></li><li><p>Anticipate executive needs and proactively identify opportunities to streamline workflows.</p></li><li><p>Support organizational culture initiatives aligned with our values of Extreme Ownership, Team Player, Radical Transparency, Growth Mindset, and Triple Win.</p></li></ul><br><br><p><strong>What You Bring</strong></p><ul><li><p>At least 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably within healthcare, dental, or a multi-site organization.</p></li><li><p>Healthcare regulatory experience is <strong>required</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands.</p></li><li><p>Proficient in using data analysis to support audit accuracy and process compliance monitoring.</p></li><li><p>Strong written and verbal communication skills.</p></li><li><p>High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management or HR software.</p></li><li><p>Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.</p></li><li><p>A proactive, solution-focused mindset with strong attention to detail.</p></li><li><p>Must be comfortable making decisions without constant supervision</p></li><li><p>Has extreme ownership and a self-starter who embraces challenges beyond strict job descriptions</p></li></ul><p style="min-height: 1.7em;"></p><p><strong><span style="color: #212529">Hiring Process</span></strong></p><p><span style="color: #212529">We utilize AI tools to enhance our hiring efficiency and ensure a fair evaluation of all candidates.
