National Non-QM Mortgage Account Executive

Currently Non-QM Lending represents less than 12% of the total mortgage origination. The expectation is for Non-QM to account for 25% of the residential marketplace, even during this market slow down.

We are looking for talented folks who want to build their network of bankers and brokers across the nation to send us their Non-QM Loans and help them close more loans. Prior Mortgage experience HELPFUL. Job Duties :
• Develop and maintain productive relationships with Mortgage Bankers and Brokers
• Your job is to sell, not process!
• Familiarity with Non-QM is helpful
• Ability to follow directions
• Work with Senior Management on goals and projections
• Meet or exceed production goals and adhere to reporting requirements.
• NMLS license NOT required
• Appreciate the use of technology in the mortgage arena

• Less than 1 month but training is constant

Pay: $60,000.00 - $600,000.00 per year
