Key Responsibilities
• Provide exceptional patient care as an elite clinical provider and patient advocate
• Conduct dental hygiene procedures, including dental patient screening and medical history documentation
• Develop and implement treatment plans to promote preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health
• Utilize Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems
• Participate in continuing education to enhance clinical skills and stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments
• Collaborate with supported doctors and other team members to deliver high-quality patient care
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
• Current dental hygienist license in CO
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (where required)
• Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening, and medical history documentation
• CPR Certification
Preferred Qualifications:
• New graduate or years of clinical experience
• Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems
• Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet the needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health
