Job Overview

As a Remote Data Entry and Product Support Specialist at blithequark, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, testing new products and services, and providing feedback to big brands. This is a flexible, part-time opportunity, with a guaranteed 15-25 hours per week, and a competitive hourly pay rate of $25-$45 per hour, depending on the project. You will be considered an independent contractor, with the freedom to work from home, and receive weekly payments every Wednesday via direct deposit or check.

Main Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry and Product Support Specialist, your main duties will include:

  • Properly documenting In-Home Usage Tests as instructed, including taking screenshots, audio recordings, videos, and product journal entries
  • Taking care of the product being tested and using it responsibly
  • Reading and strictly following the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule provided with each project, which may include tasks such as unpacking, reading instructions, journal entries, online or mobile feedback, usage of product for a certain amount of time, writing reviews, and taking pictures
  • Participating in private chat rooms, discussing the product being tested, as required by market research firms
  • Writing reviews as requested in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule for each project

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Ability to follow specific instructions and attention to detail
  • A curious spirit and excellent communication skills
  • Availability to work 15-25 hours per week and commit to a certain routine
  • Access to a computer and a reliable internet connection
  • Access to a digital camera or cell phone that takes pictures
