Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers via inbound phone calls, email, live chat, or other means as needed, ensuring that all interactions are handled in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Exceed daily quotas consisting of inbound/outbound phone calls, emails, and live chats, while maintaining a high level of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Record detailed notes of customer communication, ensuring that all interactions are accurately documented and easily accessible for future reference.
  • Maintain real-time communication by keeping inventory volumes current, ensuring that customers receive timely and accurate information about their inquiries.
  • Create lifelong customers by responding to their inquiries in a way that is creative, personal, comprehensive, unique, and consistent, demonstrating the customer's value and importance to our organization.
  • Maintain high standards of professionalism and customer service, demonstrating efficient and courteous responses in a timely and friendly manner, even in challenging situations.
  • De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, using effective conflict resolution skills to resolve issues and turn negative experiences into positive ones.
  • Record and document customer interactions, inputting necessary data and keeping records to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other Customer Service Representatives, Supervisors, and Managers to provide the best experience possible for our customers, sharing knowledge and best practices to continuously improve our services.
  • Operate in a remote work environment, utilizing proficient computer skills and technical knowledge to ensure seamless communication and productivity.
  • Adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing work environment, being flexible and able to adjust to new challenges and priorities as needed.

Essential Qualifications

  • Experience with a multi-line phone system, with the ability to navigate complex technology and software applications.

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following preferred qualifications will be highly regarded:

  • Independent self-starter with excellent time management skills, able to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
  • Strong customer service skills, with 1-3 years of experience in a customer service capacity, demonstrating a strong ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • High School diploma or GED required, with a strong educational foundation and a commitment to ongoing learning and development.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age, with a strong level of maturity and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Must have your own computer or laptop with a keyboard and a mouse (IPAD, chromebooks, and mobile devices are NOT allowed), with a strong ability to navigate complex technology and software applications.

Physical Requirements

The physical requirements of this role include:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer and telephone, with a strong ability to maintain focus and productivity in a sedentary environment.
