About the Role

We are looking for a talented and experienced professional to take on the challenge of creating comprehensive customer journey maps that will inform our go-to-market strategy for new product launches. As an E2E Customer Journey Senior Product Marketing Manager at blithequark, you will play a pivotal role in translating overall strategies into detailed customer journey maps, ensuring that every customer interaction is optimized to meet their needs. You will work closely with our Franchise Product Marketing Managers to develop and maintain detailed customer journey maps, identify updates on internal flows, and guide teams to define implications in different Agile Release Trains (ARTs).

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain detailed customer journey maps that reflect the go-to-market strategy for new product launches
  • Identify updates on the E2E internal flows from a customer journey perspective for each upcoming product launch or partnership
  • Partner with Franchise PMMs to translate overall strategies into actionable customer journey maps
  • Consolidate input from various teams to provide a holistic view of the customer journey
  • Guide teams to define implications in different Agile Release Trains (ARTs), considering customer needs at each interaction
  • Document different versions of the customer journey as strategies evolve, ensuring alignment with the future state customer journey
  • Monitor and update customer journey maps to reflect changes in strategy and customer feedback

Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 5-8 years of total experience, with 3+ years of experience defining customer journeys and their associated business process and technology enablers. You should have strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working with Agile Release Trains (ARTs) is also essential. A Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is required, with an advanced degree preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $141,300.00 - $212,250.00. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location, and we offer a range of benefits and perks, including bonus, equity, and benefits.
