About the Role

We are looking for talented and driven individuals to fill the role of Entry Level Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and potential clients, educating them about our life and supplemental health insurance products, and assisting them with their needs. Key Responsibilities

  • Complete our industry-leading training program to develop the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role
  • Make outbound and inbound calls to clients and potential clients who request products and services, with the goal of setting appointments and driving sales
  • Utilize the Zoom platform to educate and sell life and supplemental health insurance products to clients and potential clients
  • Assist clients and potential clients with completing electronic applications, ensuring a smooth and efficient process
  • Attend team training sessions twice a week to stay up-to-date on our products, services, and sales strategies
