**Experienced Customer Service Representative - Airport Ticket/Gate Agent**

We believe that our people are our greatest asset, and we strive to create a work environment that is inclusive, supportive, and empowering. **Key Responsibilities** As a Ticket/Gate Agent, you will be responsible for: * Greeting customers, guiding them through the check-in and boarding process, and ensuring they have the accurate travel documentation * Tagging and lifting baggage from scales to conveyor belts, with some bags weighing up to 70 pounds * Operating loading bridges and opening, closing, and securing aircraft doors * Escorting unaccompanied minors and disabled passengers throughout the airport * Making gate announcements and ensuring customers are aware of their flight status * Providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues or concerns that may arise **Scheduling and Work Environment** Scheduling is based on operational needs, with shifts ranging from early morning to overnight. Each station is different based on its individual flight schedule, and you will work between 20 and 40 hours per week based on your seniority.
