**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Manager to join our team and drive first-party purchaser information assortment and actuation systems within the digital environment. As a key member of our cross-functional team, you will work closely with Advertising Classifications, IMX Media, Martech, and other internal or external brand development groups to enhance client commitment, reception, and loyalty across various digital channels.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Create and implement comprehensive strategies for gathering, maintaining, and utilizing first-party buyer information across the digital environment.
* Plan and enhance data collection structures, including website cookies, client enrollments, surveys, and other online communications, to capture significant purchaser data. Investigate potential opportunities for data advancement through external sources to improve purchaser profiles and segmentation.
* Define and execute customized client journeys across digital ecosystems, ensuring consistency and relevance. Organize start-to-finish digital CRM campaigns and develop data-driven content strategies that resonate with diverse client segments.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align first-party purchaser information assortment and activation techniques with overall business objectives. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages information sharing and cross-functional collaboration.
* Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure data collection practices comply with privacy regulations and industry standards. Execute robust consent management cycles to obtain explicit authorization from consumers for data collection and usage.
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science)
* Minimum 8-12 years of experience in a Digital Customer Engagement or CRM Lead role or similar influential position
* Proven track record of driving data-driven customer engagement strategies and advocating for the best consumer experience
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and partners, coordinate efforts, and manage risks in complex situations
* Vital mindset with the ability to interpret business goals into meaningful customer engagement strategies
* Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM platforms, such as Adobe Experience Manager, and Adobe Campaign
