As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for capturing data into relevant databases in a timely and accurate manner. You will work closely with employees and customers to collect information and ensure that our databases are current and accurate. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is detail-oriented, organized, and has excellent communication skills. **Key Responsibilities** * Collect information and capture data promptly to ensure the business's databases are current and accurate * Perform data entry in EMR and other relevant systems * Prepare information for data entry and ensure that it is accurate and complete * Perform entry-level support for the data entry function and provide administrative support as needed * Perform high-volume data entry work and ensure that it is accurate and complete * Delete data entry errors and enter corrections as needed * Maintain data entry requirements by following data program techniques and best practices * Review and verify data prior to entry to ensure accuracy and completeness * Perform daily audits and data entry corrections to ensure data integrity * Train new data entry employees on computer systems and data entry procedures * Operate data entry devices to perform a variety of keypunching data entry and verification duties * Establish data entry procedures for each client and ensure that they are followed accurately * Ensure timely data entry and file management to meet business needs **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent required * 0-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to learn new software and systems quickly * Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office **Preferred Qualifications** * Associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field * 2-5 years of experience in data entry or a related field * Experience with EMR and other relevant systems * Knowledge of data program techniques and best practices * Certification in data entry or a related field **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to learn new software and systems quickly * Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** As a Data Entry Clerk at blithequark, you will have the opportunity to learn new skills and take on new challenges.
