As a Remote Chat & Voice CSR, you will be the face of SEPHORA, delivering exceptional customer experiences via phone and chat. As a Remote Chat & Voice CSR, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with our clients to resolve their queries and provide personalized support. Key Responsibilities Respond to client requests/inquiries via phone and/or chat, including product purchases, service & quality inquiries, order status, product information, and general client support issues. Demonstrate high standards for quality service, ensuring that client interactions are resolved efficiently and effectively. Stay up-to-date with product/procedural knowledge and assess industry trends to provide informed support to clients. Work in tandem with the quality and training team to self-manage performance expectations and maintain high-quality standards. Maintain an open communication line with Team Lead/Quality Advocate/Trainer and Manager for support and personal development. Maintain business acumen, courtesy, and professionalism when dealing with all client contacts. Accurately and fully document all client interactions in the proprietary call center database (CSC). Be punctual to work and adhere to all schedules and deadlines, both scheduled and special projects. Strictly adhere to key performance indicators (KPI) as set by management and strive to exceed them. Communicate with customers in a proactive and professional manner across multiple communication channels, including phone, chat, and email. Essential Qualifications 2-3 years of experience in a business/professional environment, preferably in the service industry. Excellent oral communication skills, with clear diction, tone, and knowledge of proper grammar. Positive outlook and enthusiastic attitude, with a strong desire to be helpful and take ownership to resolve customer situations. Conscientious team player with a driven personality and a commitment to delivering results. Dependable and consistent, with a history of good attendance. Naturally curious with an aptitude for learning and understanding quickly. Ability to multitask by reading, typing, and navigating through applications while speaking to customers. Prior customer service/troubleshooting experience preferred. Preferred Qualifications Experience in the beauty or cosmetics industry. Live chat experience. Call center experience. Bilingual skills (English and Spanish). Skills and Competencies Excellent written communication skills. Ability to deliver a high level of client service under high volume. Commitment to client service and high-quality standards in grammar, punctuation, and written business acumen. Professional, upbeat, and engaging oral and/or written communication. Ability to develop relationships with clients, even in difficult situations. Ability to advise and counsel clients in a quick and efficient manner. Computer literate and internet savvy, with e-commerce and online shopping experience preferred. Experience in windows-based applications, specifically client relationship management tools. Dual monitors with a screen resolution of 1280 x 1024 (SXGA) or 1920 x 1080 (Full HD or 1080p).
