About the Role

In this exciting role, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their inquiries and issues. As a Customer Support Advocate, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through email, chat, and phone services, ensuring that our customers receive the support they need to thrive. You'll also have the opportunity to train and help customers adapt to new software and updates, track issues and bugs, and contribute to the development of better processes for our team.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Offer customer solutions through email, chat, and phone services, ensuring timely and effective resolutions to customer inquiries and issues
  • Train and help customers adapt to new software and updates, providing clear guidance and support to ensure a seamless transition
  • Track issues and bugs, communicating effectively with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve problems efficiently
  • Help brainstorm and create better and more efficient processes for the team, contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer support services
  • Other duties and special projects as assigned, providing opportunities for growth and development within the role
