Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Process incoming orders and returns in a timely and accurate manner
  • Prepare and sort documents for data entry, ensuring that all information is complete and accurate
  • Review and enter data updates in our systems, maintaining the highest level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Review discrepancies in data received and take corrective action as necessary
  • Organize monthly sales reporting, providing timely and accurate information to support business decisions
  • Perform all other office tasks as required, including administrative support and special projects

Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous experience in data entry or a related field, as well as excellent typing skills and strong organizational abilities. You should be deadline and detail-oriented, with a keen eye for accuracy and a ability to work well under pressure. Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and other related tools is also essential.
