Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including but not limited to:
- Reviewing and entering all price change requests received from the merchant organization, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Understanding data and identifying price change discrepancies, with the ability to analyze complex promotional price changes and their impact on our systems.
- Reviewing and entering stores' submitted cost and price changes, as well as promotional pricing in Oracle Pricing and SAP e-commerce systems.
- Collaborating with the Accounts Payable team to reopen Point of Sale (POS) for invoice submission, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
- Managing and reviewing weekly price change reports, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Assisting with ad-hoc requests for item maintenance and item creation, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
- Providing exceptional support to our merchants and stores, serving as a liaison and go-to person for price change-related issues and questions.
Essential Qualifications

- A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
