Job Overview

In this role, you will work from home and interface with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the Internet, providing customer service support and resolution of routine problems and questions regarding client's products and/or services. Essential and Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience

• Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge

• High Speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone
• Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence
