About the Role

We are looking for motivated and talented individuals to work from the comfort of their own homes as Customer Support Specialists. As a Spanish speaking customer support specialist, you will be responsible for managing customer interactions via inbound calls, providing an optimum level of service, and advising customers on the best approach based on their needs and requests. No previous experience is required, but we do appreciate it if you're tech-savvy and a gifted communicator.
