Day in the Life of a Lead Pharmacy Technician at blithequark

You will work closely with our senior technicians to coordinate daily production, troubleshoot issues, and identify solutions to improve our front-end processes and workflow. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with senior technicians to coordinate daily production of assigned areas, including data entry, customer service, and automation
 - Troubleshooting and assisting with front-end processes and workflow issues to identify solutions
 - Partnering with pharmacy leaders on team training plans and collaborating with field training teams as needed
 - Assisting in orientation, training, and education programs for all controlled substances in accordance with policies, procedures, state, and federal laws
 - Providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing concerns
 - Working alongside our pharmacists to ensure accuracy and efficiency in our pharmacy operations
 - Contributing to the development and implementation of process improvements and quality initiatives

Required Qualifications for the Lead Pharmacy Technician Role
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
- Verifiable High School Diploma or GED
 - Certification, licensure, or registration as a pharmacy technician, or as required by state law
 - One (1) or more years of experience as a pharmacy technician
 
Preferred Qualifications for the Lead Pharmacy Technician Role
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
- Prior experience in the long-term care industry
