You'll have the chance to make a real difference in people's lives, one conversation at a time. **Key Responsibilities:** • **Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences:** Engage with customers and patients, resolving issues and answering questions to ensure a positive experience. Model and share customer service best practices with your team to deliver a distinctive and delightful experience. • **Operational Excellence:** Provide courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service to customers. Recommend items for sale, register customer purchases, and maintain a clean and well-merchandised store environment. • **Asset Protection and Compliance:** Implement Company asset protection procedures to identify and minimize profit loss. Ensure compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products. • **Visual Merchandising:** Construct and maintain displays, including promotional, seasonal, and sale merchandise. Complete resets and revisions as directed. • **Photo Services:** Provide customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service, poster print, and creative machine. Suggestively sell promotional photo products. • **Web Pick-up and Maintenance:** Monitor orders in Picture Care Plus, fill orders, and deliver them to customers as they arrive at the store.
