**Your Role at blithequark**
As a Technical Customer Success Specialist, you'll be the face of blithequark's customer support, working closely with our product teams and other CS teams to ensure our customers receive exceptional service. Your primary responsibility will be to help customers navigate the world of web hosting, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing expert guidance to empower their online success.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide timely and effective support to customers via live chat and tickets, resolving technical issues related to web hosting and website-related problems.
* Apply problem-solving skills and resourcefulness to address complex customer inquiries, showcasing our commitment to customer obsession.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient issue resolution.
* Continuously develop and refine your technical expertise, staying up-to-date with the latest web hosting trends and technologies.
* Deliver high-quality work on a global scale, meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
**Essential Qualifications:**
* C1 or native English proficiency.
* Minimum 1-year of experience in the IT field, and/or IT-related studies.
* Experience or strong knowledge in web hosting, and/or troubleshooting website-related issues.
* Ability to multitask and handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.
* High emotional intelligence, with the ability to read customers' sentiment and reflect back on the feedback provided.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically when addressing tasks.
* Ability to show empathy, tactfulness, and proactivity when interacting with customers.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in the IT industry.
* Familiarity with web hosting platforms, including cPanel, WHM, and other related tools.
* Strong typing skills, with a minimum speed of 50 WPM.
* Availability for 40 hours per week (5 days a week) in agreed rotating timelines, including nights and weekends.
