**Job Summary**
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to our clients. You will work closely with our management team to ensure that client expectations are met, and our company standards are exceeded. **Key Responsibilities**
* Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, responding to questions, and resolving issues related to the application process, billing, products, services, and general client concerns.
* Maintain a high level of professionalism, establishing positive relationships with clients, and adhering to FDCPA & FCRA Federal, State, and Client guidelines.
* Update client account information, identify payment options, and set up payment arrangements as necessary.
* Provide clear and concise information to clients, ensuring they understand their options and make informed decisions.
* Work collaboratively with our management team to meet client expectations, maintain quality standards, and achieve service level expectations.
* Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in areas such as UDAAP and compliance policies.
* Perform other duties as required, and fulfill additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; previous customer service experience a plus.
* Strong oral and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, coworkers, and management.
* Excellent computer skills, with proficiency in basic Microsoft Office applications.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
* Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen as permitted by law.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Previous customer service experience in a billing or collections environment.
* Working knowledge of billing practices and techniques.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to work in a team environment, with a strong sense of teamwork and cooperation.
* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
**Language Requirements**
