Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and making a meaningful impact in the automotive industry. **Responsibilities** As a Live Chat Specialist at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include: * Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to their questions and concerns * Providing detailed information about our products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing * Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments and ensure seamless customer experiences * Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records * Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights and feedback * Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of our evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments **Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you will need: * Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry, although not necessary, is preferred * Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with a strong ability to multitask and adapt to change * A positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively * Gaming experience is helpful, but not required **Requirements** To be considered for this role, you must: * Reside in one of the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, West Virginia, or Wisconsin * Own your own computer or laptop with a webcam and microphone * Be able to attend four weeks of paid, remote training via Zoom, Tuesday through Saturday, from 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM EDT * Be able to work five days a week, including a Saturday or Sunday **Benefits** As a Live Chat Specialist at blithequark, you will enjoy a range of benefits, including: * Competitive hourly rate of $13.00 per hour * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * Comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k), dental insurance, health insurance, and vision insurance * On-the-job training and support to ensure your success in the role * Referral program and other incentives to recognize and reward your contributions **Work Environment** As a remote employee, you will work from the comfort of your own home, with the flexibility to manage your schedule and work at your own pace.
