As a Seasonal Data Entry Associate/Order Blaster at blithequark, you will play a crucial role in entering large business orders, updating spreadsheet information, and ensuring seamless communication with other departments. This is a full-remote position, available to candidates based in the United States. Key Responsibilities

  • Process all incoming Excel (Macro and Non-Macro) orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Format Excel orders as needed, maintaining high standards of data quality.
  • Set up profiles for all Excel orders, streamlining the order management process.
  • Process incoming paper orders from both Consumer and Business Gift Division in a timely manner, meeting demanding deadlines.
  • Process incoming Treasury Batch orders efficiently, ensuring deadlines are met for Treasury.
  • Execute Customer Gift History lists, providing valuable insights for business growth.
  • Enter Catalog requests and address changes, maintaining up-to-date customer information.
  • Manage incoming communications in a prompt, efficient, timely, and professional manner, meeting all accuracy and productivity standards.
  • Monitor and maintain business and product knowledge information by utilizing all available resources, staying up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Process Special Projects for various departments throughout blithequark, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to learn.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • At least 6 months of data entry experience, with a strong foundation in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Medium to advanced knowledge of Excel, with the ability to navigate complex spreadsheets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • A typing speed of 35 wpm, with proven knowledge of computer navigation.
  • Excellent spelling and grammar, with a detail-oriented approach to work.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Technical Requirements

To ensure a seamless remote work experience, you will need:

  • A reliable internet connection with a download speed of 5mbs and an upload speed of 3mbs (preferably a wired connection).
  • A Windows 10 operating system, with 8 Gigabytes of RAM and 50GB available space on your Hard Drive.
  • A desktop or laptop computer (Apple or Windows PC) with a current IOS or Windows 10 OS, and an 8th-10th Gen Intel or AMD Ryzen CPU.
