Key Responsibilities
- Manage large volumes of inbound and outbound calls in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that all interactions are handled with empathy and understanding.

- Follow established communication scripts when addressing different topics, adapting your approach as needed to meet the unique needs of each caller or chatter.

Qualifications and Requirements
