Job Summary
The Logistics/Customer Service Coordinator will play a vital role in ensuring seamless customer interactions and logistics coordination. This position requires attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments to ensure customer satisfaction. As a key member of the customer service team, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer orders, resolving inquiries and complaints, and providing exceptional support to customers, vendors, and consumers.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing Orders/Order Revisions: Managing and processing customer orders accurately and timely, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
 - Daily Customer Interactions: Resolving inquiries around orders and product availability, addressing customer concerns via phone, email, or chat, and providing information about products, services, and company policies.
 - Handling Complaints: Managing and resolving customer complaints efficiently, including product issues, delivery problems, and service discrepancies.
 - Sales Support: Assisting the sales team by providing customer feedback, managing accounts, and supporting promotional activities.
 - Logistics Coordination: Working with the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products, communicating any delays or issues to customers.
 - Documentation and Reporting: Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, orders, and complaints, generating reports to help improve customer service processes.

Qualifications

- Bi-Lingual (Spanish) Required: Fluency in Spanish is essential for this position, as the candidate will be interacting with Spanish-speaking customers and vendors.
 - Food Manufacturing Required: Experience in the food manufacturing industry is necessary, with a strong understanding of food safety regulations and quality control procedures.
 - Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, logistics, or customer service, is required.
 - 5+ Years of Customer Service Experience: A minimum of 5 years of customer service experience is required, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer support.
 - Experience as a Customer Account Manager: Experience in managing customer accounts, including sales support, order management, and complaint resolution, is preferred.
 - Experience Supporting and Communicating Cross-Functionally: The ability to work collaboratively with various departments, including production, logistics, and quality control, is essential.
 - Experienced in Documentation of All Customer Interactions: The candidate should have experience in documenting customer interactions, including complaints, and generating reports to improve customer service processes.
 - Experience with PO's & Invoicing PO's: Experience with purchase orders and invoicing is required, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
 - Proficient in Excel, ERP's, and Complaints Platform, D365 Preferred: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, and complaints platforms, such as D365, is preferred.
 - Experience with B2B or B2B & B2C Clients Preferred: Experience working with business-to-business (B2B) or business-to-business and business-to-consumer (B2B & B2C) clients is preferred, with a strong understanding of the unique needs and requirements of each client type.
