About the Role

Do you have a passion for exquisite, personalized service? Are you a fashionista at heart? In this role, you'll support customers of an iconic global luxury retail brand, leveraging your fashion sense and appreciation for exceptional service to deliver white-glove treatment. You'll make a tangible difference in the lives of our exclusive clients, helping them shop, resolve questions about their orders, and address issues with elegance and poise.

A Typical Day in the Life

  • Answer incoming communications from customers, providing personalized support and resolving issues with finesse
  • Conduct research to provide accurate answers and solutions, ensuring our clients receive the best possible experience
  • Offer recommendations of products or services, closing sales and exceeding customer expectations

What You Bring to the Table

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • An appreciation for high fashion brands and haute couture, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for exceptional service
  • 1 year or more of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional client experiences
  • 1 year or more of post-secondary education OR 2 years of equivalent work experience, demonstrating your commitment to learning and growth
  • The ability to recognize and solve problems of mid-to-high level customer service issues, thinking critically and creatively to resolve complex challenges
  • Computer experience, with proficiency in using technology to deliver exceptional service and support
  • High-speed internet (> 15 mbps), ensuring seamless communication and connectivity
  • A USB wired headset (or equivalent), enabling you to provide exceptional service with clarity and precision
  • A smartphone or another device that runs IOS or Android (iPad, etc.) for your daily log-in, staying connected and productive on-the-go
