About the Role
We're seeking an experienced customer service professional to join our team as a remote customer service coordinator. In this role, you'll work from the comfort of your own home, providing top-notch support to our clients via phone, email, or chat. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving issues efficiently, and promoting our products and services. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
 - Listen actively, empathize with clients, and provide personalized solutions to meet their needs
 - Communicate effectively with clients, peers, and management, ensuring seamless collaboration and issue resolution
 - Exercise good judgment and independent decision-making skills, escalating complex issues when necessary
 - Demonstrate exceptional listening, questioning, call control, and de-escalation techniques, ensuring positive outcomes for clients
 - Proactively manage your time, prioritize tasks, and maintain a high level of productivity in a remote work environment
 - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and company policies, ensuring you're always equipped to provide accurate and helpful information
 
Essential Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
 - At least 2 years of customer service experience or 2 years of call center experience
 - Strong attention to detail, positive attitude, and ability to be flexible and adapt to change
 - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
 - A reliable private internet connection, not supplied via cellular data or hotspot, with a secure home office environment free from background noise and distractions
 
Preferred Qualifications:
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
- At least 1 year of financial services experience or banking experience
 - Previous experience working in a remote or virtual environment
 - Knowledge of financial products and services, including banking, credit cards, and loans
 - Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology platforms
 
Schedule and Work Environment:
This role is 100% remote, and you'll work from the comfort of your own home. Our schedules vary, but you can expect to work one of the following shifts:
- Tuesday through Saturday, 2:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. EST
 - Sunday through Thursday, 2:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. EST (Limited Availability)
 
Please note that schedules are adjusted per time zone, and you'll need to be flexible and adaptable to meet the needs of our clients.
Compensation and Benefits:
At blithequark, we offer a comprehensive compensation package, including:
- A competitive salary range of $43,680 - $43,680 per year, depending on experience and location
