**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Sr. Analyst – Data Entry Specialist for Remote Workforce Operations, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. You will work closely with our store operations team to develop and implement process enhancements, drive business growth, and improve customer satisfaction. This is a full-time, remote position that requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Lead task groups of experts and other partners to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
* Perform data gathering tasks, data analysis, and project planning to identify opportunities for improvement
* Develop and implement process enhancements to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
* Produce reports and presentations for senior leaders and stakeholders to inform decision-making
* Build relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive collaboration and improve communication
* Develop and maintain expertise in data analysis, project management, and process improvement
* Travel occasionally (less than 10% of the time) to meet with store operations teams and stakeholders
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a field related to business, operations, or analytics
* 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in retail or a related industry
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Strong project management skills, with the ability to develop and implement process enhancements
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in a retail or field-based environment
* Knowledge of ASDS (Associate Service Delivery System) or similar systems
* Strong quantitative skills, including data analysis and statistical modeling
* Experience leading high-performing teams and driving business growth
