As a Client Coordinator, you will be responsible for establishing strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, and providing them with additional product offerings to enhance their operations. You will work closely with Client Relationship Managers (CRMs) and other support staff to ensure seamless communication and exceptional customer service. **Key Responsibilities** * Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, order history, and other relevant information * Provide clients with additional product offerings aimed at strengthening their businesses * Coordinate routine interactions between clients, CRMs, and other support staff to ensure exceptional customer service * Utilize Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel) to manage client data and documents * Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, both verbally and in writing * Manage large volumes of emails from multiple accounts simultaneously * Maintain a high level of organization, attention to detail, and self-motivation **Essential Qualifications** * High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) * Familiarity with and experience using Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel) * Strong clerical skills, including data entry and document organization * Basic computational skills, including converting fractions to decimals, division, multiplication, etc. * Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, both verbally and in writing * Demonstrated ability to manage large volumes of emails from multiple accounts simultaneously * Highly organized, self-starter, who is detail oriented * Friendly, professional, helpful, and willing to participate in various company activities **Preferred Qualifications** * 2+ Years of Customer Service Experience * Working knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities * High level of organization and attention to detail * Self-motivated and proactive approach to work * Friendly, professional, and helpful demeanor **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we believe in investing in our employees' growth and development.
