**Experienced Customer Experience Advocate – Hybrid Role in Denver**

**The Role**
As an Experienced Customer Experience Advocate, you'll be the face of blithequark, interacting with customers across various channels, including live chat, email, phone, and screen shares. Your primary goal will be to empower customers to connect their goals and challenges with the solution in monday.com, ensuring they receive the best possible support and guidance. You'll collaborate with internal technical teams, engage users throughout the bug life cycle, and serve as a liaison between customers and the rest of the blithequark team.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Engage with customers across various channels, including live chat, email, phone, and screen shares
* Empower customers to connect their goals and challenges with the solution in monday.com
* Collaborate with internal technical teams and engage users for the full bug life cycle, from reports to verifying bug fixes
* Serve as the liaison between our customers and the rest of the blithequark team to advocate and help shape the best possible version of our product
* Lead online webinars and one-on-one demos to educate customers on the features of our platform and developer toolkit
* Create both internal and external documentation to enhance our knowledge base
* Advise customers about new features and functionalities
**Requirements:**
* Experience providing customer or technical support, with SAAS experience a plus
* Understanding of help desk software and remote support tools, with experience with Zendesk a plus
* Problem-solving skills and multitasking abilities are a must
* Superb written and verbal communication skills
* Positive attitude, empathetic, coachable, and collaborative
* Ability to take initiative and adapt

**Compensation and Benefits:**
For Colorado-based hires only, the compensation range is $48,000-$62,000 base salary, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. In addition to base salary, the role includes opportunity to receive and/or earn a discretionary bonus and/or equity based on Company's plans and in accordance with Company's policies. Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate's skills and experience. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of Colorado may differ based on the cost of labor and such additional factors for such other locations.
