**Responsibilities**
As a Remote Chat Support Specialist at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients through live chat support. Your responsibilities will include:
* Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues through live chat in a timely and professional manner
* Providing accurate and timely information on insurance plans and benefits to our customers
* Troubleshooting technical issues with online tools and resources to ensure seamless customer experiences
* Collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience and to share best practices and knowledge
* Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
* Adhering to company policies and procedures regarding confidentiality and data security to protect our customers' sensitive information
**Requirements**
