Our people-first approach has earned us a reputation as a company that truly cares about its employees and the communities we serve. **What You'll Do** As a Customer Service Representative - DIY Retention Seasonal Associate, you'll be responsible for providing advanced client support via phone, email, or chat, resolving complex issues related to our DIY online and software tax products.
