**Responsibilities**
As an Overnight Call Center Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:
* Assisting clients by gathering accurate information and connecting them with an interpreter over the phone
* Handling high-volume calls pleasantly and efficiently, providing exceptional customer service
* Delivering a highly satisfying customer experience, meeting or exceeding client expectations
* Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
* Working collaboratively with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives
**Requirements**
