Your primary focus will be on developing and deploying machine learning models, data visualizations, and data-driven insights that inform business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and sales, to ensure that your solutions meet business needs and drive customer engagement. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Data Source Identification:** Identify and extract relevant data sources, define data quality requirements, and perform preliminary data quality tests. * **Problem Formulation:** Analyze business problems, identify key performance indicators (KPIs), and develop data-driven solutions to drive business growth. * **Analytical Modeling:** Develop and deploy machine learning models, data visualizations, and data-driven insights to inform business decisions. * **Model Deployment & Scaling:** Work with MLOps to deploy machine learning models to production, continuously log and track model performance, and identify areas for improvement. * **Code Development & Testing:** Write code to develop and deploy data-driven solutions, create test cases, and validate proposed solutions. * **Applied Business Acumen:** Evaluate business cases, influence stakeholder decision-making, and translate business needs into data-driven solutions. * **Model Assessment & Validation:** Identify and evaluate model assessment metrics, apply appropriate testing and tuning strategies, and ensure testing records are documented and maintained. * **Data Visualization and Storytelling:** Develop data visualizations, create compelling stories, and present insights to various audiences to drive business growth. **What You'll Bring** * Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. * 4+ years of experience in an analytics-related field, with a strong background in machine learning, data science, and cloud application development. * Deep knowledge of machine learning, statistics, and data science, with expertise in at least one programming language (Python/R). * Strong programming skills, with experience in developing and deploying data-driven solutions. * Ability to execute projects from start to finish, with a focus on delivering high-quality results. * Experience with MLOps, coding standards, and data quality requirements. * Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex algorithm evaluations into easy-to-understand language. * Ability to work with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and sales. **What We Offer** * Competitive salary range: $30-40/hour. * Multiple health plan options, including vision and dental plans for you and your dependents. * Financial benefits, including 401(k), stock buy plans, life insurance, and more. * Associate discounts in-store and online. * Education assistance for associates and dependents. * Parental leave. * Pay during military service. * Paid time off, including vacation, sick, parental leave. * Short-term and long-term disability for when you cannot work due to injury, illness, or childbirth. **Join Our Team** If you are a data enthusiast with a passion for driving business growth through data-driven insights, we invite you to join our dynamic team at blithequark.
