Your expertise in customer service software, such as Zendesk, will enable you to manage and track customer interactions, tickets, and follow-up actions with ease.
**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative 2nd Shift, your key responsibilities will include:
* Providing prompt, professional, and efficient customer support via phone, email, and live chat.
* Handling customer inquiries, orders, and complaints, ensuring resolution in a timely and satisfactory manner.
* Utilizing Zendesk to manage and track customer interactions, tickets, and follow-up actions.
