About the Role
In this exciting role, you'll be supporting customers of an iconic global luxury retail brand, leveraging your fashion sense and appreciation for exceptional service to provide white glove treatment. Key Responsibilities:

What You Bring to the Role
To be successful in this role, you'll need to bring a combination of skills, experience, and personal qualities that align with our values and mission. These include:
Essential Qualifications:
- An appreciation for high fashion brands and haute couture, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional service
 - 1 year or more of customer service experience, preferably in a luxury retail or similar environment
 - 1 year or more post-secondary education OR 2 years equivalent work experience, demonstrating your ability to learn and grow in a dynamic environment
 - Recognized problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve mid-to-high level customer service issues in a professional and courteous manner
 - Computer experience, with proficiency in using technology to support customer interactions and resolve issues
 - High-speed internet access (> 15 mbps), ensuring that you can work efficiently and effectively in a remote environment
 - A reliable headset, preferably a USB wired headset, to ensure high-quality audio and minimize distractions
 - A smartphone or device that runs IOS or Android, enabling you to access our systems and tools remotely
