Key Responsibilities

  • Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions
  • Providing feedback on call issues, using your insights to help us improve our customer service processes and procedures
  • Upselling products or services as required, using your knowledge of our offerings to identify opportunities to add value for our customers

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment, using digital tools and technology to collaborate with colleagues and manage your workload
  • 6 months of customer service experience preferred, with a proven track record of providing exceptional service and resolving customer issues
  • Over 18 years of age, with a high school graduate or GED equivalent
  • Ability to type 25 wpm, with excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Comfort with desktop computer systems, including Windows operating systems and software applications
  • Proven logical problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex issues and find creative solutions
  • Organization and work prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following preferred qualifications will be highly regarded:

  • Experience working in the automotive industry, with a strong knowledge of vehicles and automotive products
  • Previous experience working in a remote or virtual team environment, with a proven ability to work independently and manage your time effectively

Work from Home Requirements

To work from home as an Automotive Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will need to meet the following technical requirements:
