Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Data Entry and Customer Service Representative to join our team at blithequark. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, processing sales transactions, and maintaining a clean and well-merchandised store environment. Key Responsibilities
- Fashion and deliver a unique and beautiful purchaser experience, ensuring that every customer feels valued and satisfied
- Register sales on assigned coins register, providing clients with courteous, truthful, pleasant, and efficient checkout service
- Engage customers and patients through greeting them and providing assistance with products and services, resolving consumer issues and answering inquiries to ensure a tremendous customer experience
- Recommend objects for sale to customers and suggest trade-up and/or partner objects, promoting sales and driving business growth
- Maintain counters and shelves clean and well-merchised, taking inventory and continuing facts, and testing in and pricing products as required or as directed by store manager or communicated by shift leader
- Implement agency asset protection strategies to recognize and reduce earnings loss, ensuring compliance with country and local laws and regulations concerning regulated products
- Construct and maintain displays, including promotional, seasonal, superb systems, and sale merchandise, completing resets and revisions as directed
- Assist with separation of food items and product placement, using policies/approaches, and provide customer support within the picture location, including virtual passport image service, poster print, and innovative machine
- Assume net pick-up responsibilities, monitoring orders in photo care plus, filling orders, and providing orders to customers as they come to the store
- Assist with outdoor and interior maintenance, ensuring the clean, neat, and orderly store conditions and look, and comply with all agency policies and procedures, maintaining respectful relationships with coworkers
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico)
- Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours
Preferred Qualifications
- Choose six months of experience in retail environment
- Prefer to have prior work experience with blithequark
