**What You'll Do**
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:
* Communicating with customers via phone, email, or chat to resolve their queries and concerns
* Researching and problem-solving to provide effective solutions for customers
* Operating with empathy, active listening, and a willingness to learn, ensuring that every interaction is positive and productive
* Collaborating with Team Members and Managers using virtual collaboration tools like Zoom and Slack to foster a customer-centric culture
* Adapting to changing business needs and priorities, demonstrating flexibility and a growth mindset
**What You'll Need**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* 2 years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results
* Strong written, verbal, and listening skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple conversations simultaneously
* Proficiency in computer usage, including data entry and efficient internet browsing
* Adaptability, flexibility, and a willingness to learn and grow with the business
* High school graduate or equivalent experience
* Ability to pass a background check and maintain confidentiality and secure critical information
**Technical Requirements**
To ensure a seamless customer experience, you'll need:
* A dedicated workspace with a computer, monitor, keyboard, mouse, headset, and webcam
* A reliable wired, high-speed internet connection with a download speed of at least 30 Mbps and an upload speed of at least 10 Mbps
* A cell phone or tablet for two-factor authentication through Okta Verify
