**The Role**
As an Associate Customer Care Professional, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to clients across the country. You'll work independently, using your exceptional communication skills to build rapport with clients, understand their needs, and provide personalized solutions. **Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, or chat
* Build rapport with clients, understand their needs, and provide personalized solutions
* Navigate multiple systems to gather relevant information and resolve complex issues
* Engage clients with clear, concise, and positive language, ensuring a superior call experience
* Meet or exceed quality and first-call resolution metrics, while minimizing processing time and after-call work

**Qualifications and Skills:**
* High school diploma or equivalent experience, post-secondary education preferred
* Customer Service, Financial Services, or insurance experience preferred
* Experience navigating complex customer interactions from support through to resolution
* Ability to welcome change and contribute to continuous improvement in a fast-paced work environment
* Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus
* Internet speed: 30 mbps download/10 mbps upload required
* Remote work requirements: A professional workspace that includes a private, secure, distraction-free, remote work area with reliable power and a hard-wired internet connection via ethernet to router/modem
