As a Customer Service Representative for blithequark, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer contacts, providing exceptional service, and ensuring that all customer inquiries are resolved in a timely and professional manner. You will be working on behalf of blithequark, and your role will be crucial in maintaining our high standards of customer satisfaction. English and Spanish languages will be supported, and you will be required to work a Monday to Friday shift, ranging between 6:00am - 9:00pm CT.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative for blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Answering telephones and responding to basic customer questions using established methods provided in training
  • Forwarding calls to appropriate personnel when necessary
  • Recording calls on account history records with results of the inquiry and initiating required confirmation
  • Processing customer requests by sending faxes, returning telephone messages, sending mail documents, or using other related communication under direct supervision
  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all customer inquiries are resolved in a timely and professional manner

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • High school diploma or G.E.D.
  • Zero or more years of customer service or other telephone experience
  • Experience working with organizational functions and personnel
  • Experience working with fax machines, computer software, and telephone technology
  • Experience working with and skilled in the use of help desk software
