As a remote-eligible role, this position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere in the U.S. and enjoy a work-life balance that supports your well-being and productivity. **Job Summary** As an Experienced Full Cycle Recruiter – Customer Excellence Organization, you will play a critical role in supporting the full-cycle hiring process within our Customer Excellence organization. You will partner with hiring managers and teams to develop a network of potential candidates, participate in special events, and lead or contribute to internal projects. If you're a seasoned recruiter with a passion for delivering exceptional candidate experiences and driving business growth, we encourage you to apply. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage a full-cycle recruiting process with a focus on all levels of the Customer Excellence organization * Partner with and advise hiring managers and hiring teams to develop a network of potential candidates * Develop a network of potential candidates through passive and active sourcing, and ongoing relationship management * Participate in special virtual events, including recruiting events, career fairs, and networking events * Lead or contribute to multiple internal blithequark projects * Other responsibilities as assigned **Essential Qualifications** * 2+ years of high-volume corporate and/or agency full-cycle recruiting experience supporting a variety of complex roles * Success in hiring evergreen and single-threaded roles * Experience partnering with and advising senior leaders, interviewers, and team members throughout the hiring process * Experience prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and relationships * Commitment to providing an excellent candidate experience * Experience using LinkedIn, LinkedIn Recruiter, and an Applicant Tracking System (we use Greenhouse) * Legally authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer on an ongoing basis **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders * Experience with diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, with a commitment to creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for all candidates and team members * Familiarity with HR systems and tools, including applicant tracking systems, HR information systems, and performance management software **Skills and Competencies** * Strong recruitment and sourcing skills, with the ability to develop and execute effective recruitment strategies * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines * Strong attention to detail, with the ability to ensure accuracy and quality in all aspects of the recruitment process * Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, with a passion for creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for all candidates and team members **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we believe in investing in our team members' growth and development.
