About the Role

As a Customer Care Associate, Group Orders, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of support for our Group Order clientele. You will receive comprehensive training to become an expert on the blithequark order platform, develop a deep understanding of restaurant dynamics and operations, and master Customer Support best-practices. This specialized role is responsible for overseeing the seamless execution of daily Group Orders, serving as the ultimate resource for both our clients and restaurant partners. Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with restaurant partners to resolve real-time order-related issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
  • Respond to customer emails and phone calls in a fast-paced, time-critical manner, providing empathetic and professional support.
  • Ensure that Group Order operations, procedures, and systems are adhered to, maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
  • Constructively handle or supervise order escalations and customer complaints, resolving issues in a fair and courteous manner.

Compensation and Benefits

blithequark offers a competitive compensation package, including:

  • A base salary range of $45,000 - $54,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
