Reporting Relationships/Reports to: Dean of Arts and Social Sciences
Supervision Exercised: None
General Duties: Create class syllabus and plan course content under the direction of the Dean and Academic Chair. Effectively utilize RVC?s Learning Management System (Canvas), assess student progress on an ongoing basis, maintain student records, respond to students in a timely manner, maintain online office hours weekly and meet with students on an as needed basis, assist with program/curricular assessment, and participate in department meetings, collaborate with the Academic Chair and Dean.
Minimum Qualifications: A master's degree in psychology or related discipline (ex: Sociology) AND a minimum of 18 graduate credit hours in Psychology.
