Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and driven eCommerce Account Manager to join our team at PetWise. The selected candidate will take ownership of managing our business relationship with Chewy and other eCommerce retailers as needed. Reporting directly to the Director of eCommerce, this role is responsible for achieving retail sales targets and P&L targets for a portfolio of PetWise brands on Chewy.com. . Duties & Responsibilities: ? Drive the business forward by owning and delivering the online Joint Business Plan to achieve targets with Chewy for all PetWise brands ? Take initiative in managing the day-to-day commercial relationship with Chewy for the brand portfolio, serving as the key point of contact. ? Demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset by proactively driving new product launches and continuously analyzing business performance to provide recommendations for improvement. ? Exhibit strong business acumen by defining and executing brand growth strategies for Chewy, contributing to the annual joint business plan. ? Act as the primary liaison with Chewy, managing and addressing daily requests while collaborating closely with internal cross-functional teams. ? Take initiative in defining and managing the trade budget and account retail sales growth in partnership with the Sell-In team. ? Maximize retail onsite exposure by leveraging trade budget and online exclusives to enhance performance. ? Measure the performance of co-op campaigns and provide recommendations to optimize trade spend efficiency based on ROI. ? Exhibit an entrepreneurial mindset by executing Perfect Store Online initiatives, collaborating with the eCommerce Excellence group to optimize online sales fundamentals, content, and media activation. ? Ensure flawless operations with Chewy for the brand portfolio, including planning GWP/sampling programs, eCommerce-specific promotions, and accurate forecasting. Requirements: ? Bachelor's degree ? Minimum of 6 years of retail, CPG, or account management experience in eCommerce ? Ability to consistently achieve positive results externally. ? Good knowledge of the eCommerce business model with the ability to apply this knowledge effectively. ? Strong analytical skills to derive actionable insights from data. ? Ability to take initiative, drive the business forward, and demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset. ? Strong business acumen with excellent analytical skills, complimented by excellent communication ? Exceptional organizational and time management skills ? Strong negotiating skills with the ability to influence effectively within the organization. ? Ability to resolve competing priorities for the team and customer within a fast-paced, complex environment. ? Ability to embrace the fluidity and constant changes in the eCommerce space ? Expertise in Excel ? This role will require occasional travel for in-person team meetings and events, customer meetings, and conferences, <15% of the time Desirable: ? Love for pets. ? Experience in the pet category considered a plus, but not required ? Candidates who have worked with Chewy previously will be strongly considered ? Experience within durable goods, where winning during key moments is essential Physical Requirements: ? Ability to stand, bend, stoop, sit, walk, twist and turn. ? Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally. ? Ability to use a computer keyboard and calculator. ? Work environment is indoors, the majority of the time is spent sitting at a desk.
