Responsibilities... - Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone (inbound and outbound), email, and chat - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner - Maintain accurate and detailed customer records through data entry - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions or escalate to the appropriate department -All other duties as assigned -First week of position is IN OFFICE, the remainder of the assignment is remote.
