Talent Relations Coordinator
                                The Talent Relations Coordinator works alongside the Original Content Talent Relations team to provide administrative and long-term planning support for athlete, celebrity and other talent needs for ESPN Films, ESPN+, 30 for 30 and sales. Collaborating with the Sr. Talent Director, Director and Manager, the Talent Relations Coordinator will develop and maintain internal and external relationships... in order to provide the most timely, organized, and thorough data, processes, and records management.
Responsibilities:
 Organize travel arrangements and create specialty itineraries for talent to include athletes, celebrities, directors and producers.
 Track and troubleshoot all talent travel arrangements
 Manage travel-related budget items.
 When required onsite, provide concierge care and attention to talent
 Curate and manage invites and RSVPs for premiere events
 Create and submit regular status reports for various stakeholders.
 Continually develop and cultivate solid internal relationships across job function.
 Participate and take notes in all meetings to understand short and long-term projects and company priorities.
 ?Remains accessible and is often required to work non-traditional days/hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
 Develop and maintain talent database and calendars.
 Research and keep up-to-date on media industry trends, breaking news and influencers.
Qualifications:
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills
 Proficiency with Excel, Power Point, Canva and MS Office Suite and social media platforms.
 Extremely detail-oriented
 Ability to contribute effectively in a team environment
 Strong sports and pop culture knowledge
 Ability to react quickly and positively under a wide variety of sensitive and changing production situations
 Ability to travel as required
Preferred Qualifications:
 Minimum of 2 years of experience in sports media or broadcast industry
 Proficient with Concur
Required Education:
 High School Diploma
Preferred Education:
 Bachelors degree in communications, journalism, or related field.
Additional Information:
 Often required to work non-traditional days/hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
 Travel approximately 25-30% of the time
The hiring range for this remote position is $49,938 to $77,000 per year, which factors in various geographic regions. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidates geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered
