Duties:

- Identifying and escalating priority issues to the appropriate teams
- Maintaining customer records by updating account information as needed
- Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Proficiency in English; bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with customers effectively
- Experience with outbound calling and upselling techniques is advantageous
- Proficient in data entry and maintaining accurate customer records
- Multilingual abilities are beneficial for diverse customer interactions
